Campaign create option from Campaign App - Hybris Marketing Cloud

Hi Experts,

I have noticed that we don't have "create" option from new campaign app in Hybris Marketing Cloud 1708.

we still can create campaign from multiple ways like from program or marketing calendar or etc.. but Is there any specific reason why we have removed the create option from Campaign app.
