2004s Context menu option "Save View" missing

Hi, for some reason my "Save View" Context menu option is not showing up. I made some nav mods and then right click and I don't see the "Save View" option. I looked at the 0analysis_pattern web template and the "Context Menu" Web Item shows "Save View" as on.

Any ideas why I'm not seeing it?
