Hello karthik,
i hope this is an interview question? anyway
theoritically there is no half debugging. for ur sake, i can say
half debugging mean, suppose if u put a static break point at some where in ur code where it will effect the database changes, but if u did'nt debug upto database changes.
hope cleared somehow.

"waht is half dedugging" is an example of poor spelling, grammar <b>and</b> punctuation.
This legendary statement is sometimes referred to as the "triple whammy".

When you put a break point somewhere midway in your code and start debugging only from that point, It may be qualified to be called as Half Debugging...
Or YOu debug for a while(Until half of the code) and then you press F8....
