No adrress found for partner function type goods recepient

Hi all,

When i am creating a shopping cart,once i select the item ,enter the quantities and then press continue i get 2 errors "No adrress found for partner function type goods recepient" and "No adrress found for partner function type reuqestor".what can be the possible reason for this.We are working on SRM 5.5 as an add on to ECC 6.0

Hi Pawan,

Please check if the user that you are using to shop has its BP created consistently. Please perform the trx BBP_BP_OM_INTEGARTE transaction for the User and BP and you should find the inconsistency in the BP. You can also check it directly in Trx PPOMA_BBP under the check tab for that Users CP.

Hi Sudeep,

Thanks a lot for your expert help.I did run the transaction BBP_BP_OM_INtegrate for the user ID attached in the organization structure and it gave me error Business Partner for user ' ' is missing or contains errors and another error "error determining address for employee".What do i have to get these errors sorted out.I tried my best but couldnt get through.You expert help will be highly apppreciated.

In the object overview the object existence /consistency category BP error is in object link category.

Hi Pawan,

Please click on the synchronize button inside the transaction. This should fix the error. If this doensot fix the error, please follow the suggestion below:

If you are not in a productive environment, please delete the position ID and the relevant assignments associated to it from transaction PPOMA_BBP. Also delete the business partner using trx BUPA_DEL. Once you have done this, please re integrate the User ID into the Org Structure.

Hi Pawan,

Also seems like your business partner is broken for some reason. Try using the synchronize/repair button. This should fix it. If not do as mentioned above.

Well i have tried to repair it and also tried reintegrating the users but it just doesnt seem to work.I m not sure what else i need to check.Can you please help me out with this.

Hiii,

I have managed to find out that the "Is employee of" relationship of user is missing in transaction code BP.But i am supposed to add it through organization management.How do i do it.There is no infornmation appearing in the attribute inheritance tab for the user in PPOMA_BBP.i am on ECC as an add on to 6.0.How do i go ahead and establish the relationship.

Hi Pawan,

I want to ask have you done HR integration in your system? Because this error can also arise due to this.

Check the following entries in T77S0 table in SRM

HRALX HRAC unchk

HRALX PBPON OFF

HRALX OADRE unchk

Maintain the entries as given. Let me know if this works.
