C4C Service: How to trigger a visit from a service ticket?

Hi experts,

As per the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IIrzycmylx4 from a service ticket, a visit can be created automatically.

Could you please let me know how to configure this?

Dear All,

This functionality no more exist, on assignment of resource to ticket no visit will be created which was disabled in previous releases

Once resource scheduler has been assigned to the employee, it would automatically create a Visit

Thanks Marc,

but i checked in the system and did not find the auto-generated visit. I can only find the scheduling method field and select appointment then i can get an appointment instead of a visit.

Could you please let me know more about the configuration? Thanks!

Hi marcanthony.hirang2,

As I know once the resource scheduler has been assigned to an employee, an 'Assignment' is created which is different from the Visit (e.g. no check in/check out).

Are you sure a Visit is created? Visit functionality is different from Assignment.
