Auto fax from SAP

Hi All,

How do i send auto fax fromDelivery output, i have maintained output type

and condition records., Not its is printing is well. Now the requirement is

need to send fax instead of Print.

How do i do this please help me on the same?

Do i use output device as fax insted of printer?

or Try T.Code: SCOT

I am not sure...but check the T.Code: SPAD for spool adminstration..i think you can do the setup for fax there..basically it's the job of Basis Guys.

Also you can set the locl settings through SU01/SU3 also, if the configuration has been done

maintain condition records in VV21

Medium should be "2" (Fax).

Time should be "4" (Immediate), assuming it should generate immediately.

I did maintained alredy, but i want to know other thing..

Which out put device i have to use in output device in communicaion ...

I mean like print we user printer output devile (like LOCL), what abt fax?

does the fax mechine is configured in sap?
