returns processing

Dear sap gurus,

I have a situation and i am not finding where exactly i have gone wrong....i created a returns process for scheduling agreement but in the returns delivery screen it is PGI instead of PGR but the returns stock is going correctly to returns column in stock overview(mmbe).I have checked all the settings of delivery type and copy control its the same as standards.

Has any one faced the same situation...any remedies...experts pls suggest nessesary configuration changes.

Good sugessions and early responces will be will be promptly rewarded with points...

Hi,

That is kind of standard SAP error,though th text in the returns delivery screen it is shown as PGI instead of PGR.Actually it is PGR that is being processed.

<u>Nothing has gone wrong on your end</u>,everything is working as expected as long as you can see the items posted by the returns in the returns stock.

As you already confirm that,it is just that the text is wrongly displayed.

I have noticed this error in 46C and 471 versions,probably it has been corrected in later versions.

hi, just to add whats very important is to ensure the movement are correctly assigned for the corresponding scheduleline categories in PGI and PGR. whethere the postings regarding quantity and value reflecting correctly on the FI side.
