Pay Scale Grouping for allowances

Dear Gurus,

When I am entering the wage type in 0008 infotype.. system shows the error ' Payscale grouping for allowances for PNo.(Lets say 10) is not defined on 01.01.2005'. as i m hiring this person on 01.01.2005..

the message no is .HRPADIN01140

I have checked all the groupings also. It is right there for the concerned wage type..

Pls do help me on this!! as its very urgent..

Hi Vikash,

Just check T7INA9 table also, if you have maintained all wage types there.As well as check all the dates correctly, if you have not maintained any wage type permissibility on that date.

Thanks for your response..

When i am maintaining the wage types in Table T71INA9.. it gives the warning "Allowances WT --- not appli. for Algrp -- as per WT model. But it allows to save it.. still the problem persist. I have checked all the groupings and WT model and wage type permissibility also..

as I have maintained the table T71INA1, 3, 5 and 7

The error message which u posted here says that no standard functionality exists in SAP ..( i have checked with my id for the error message).

Hi Vikash,

1) Check if you are able to add same wage type for other pernr.

2) Check if you are able to add other wage type to same pernr - where the error started...

With this I am sure, you will be able to reach to conclusion, wether Particular pernr settings(Group /level/ features) need to be traced or its setting related to Wage type, which needs to be focused...

Pls make sure that the start date is from 01.01.1800 & end date is 31.12.9999 only for this case of payscale groups & levels.

Make sure u gave the groupings exactly ....

Hello all,

Dear gurus, we are trying to introduce some additional components in our company for our employees. And i too was getting same error when creating IT0008 for one of our test employees. and I was able to get pass the stage of creating IT0008 for this employee by following the directions provided by you all, however post creating all these i am trying to simulate the payroll for the same employee, and strangely i still get the same error.

And following this i have tried to lookup for any posts about the same through googling, but i did not find any posts about this error occurring when simulation is being run. Kindly help me so that i can get this configuration up and running before next payroll run.
