Hello,
we are currently thinking about using interacitve forms (sfp) for printing the SD Standard forms (oder confirmation, delivery note, invoice, etc.)
Because the regarding forms are not yet available in ERP 6.0, we are thinking about migrating them with the smartforms migation-wizard and switch the runtime.
Has anybody practical experience with this procedure?
Is any information available when SAP delivers the standard forms?
Regards,
Thomas
Thomas,
Have you ran a report from your ECC 6.0 system to see what PDF print forms are available in your system? I know I had a report a year ago that had about 900 PDF print forms and just received a new report last month that has about 2,000 PDF print forms. I would not say the report is very descriptive, but I can still send it to you in Excel format.
Also, from a terminology perspective, a PDF print form is not an "SAP Interactive Form". The Interactive Forms is able to retrieve and send data into an SAP system wheres the PDF print form just retrieves data.

Hi Thomas,
I Don't have experience in migrating smartforms to adobe forms but have experience in creating adobe forms from scratch. On this link you can find a pdf document which explains how to create adobe forms in transaction SFP.

I think it will help.
Reward points if it helps.

Hi Thomas,
I'm facing the same requirement and we start a project for this . It's a hudge work because SAPSCRIPT and SMARTFORMS concept are very different .
For a simple form , we have spent 1,5 days for just make the smartforms correct without any modification of the layout .
SAP recomend to start from scratch a pdf forms , but in this case the ROI is very difficult to says.
I can send you by mail an old presentation of output tools in SAP .
