Summarized Plannned Vs Actual Qty Report

Hi all,

From the Production perspective, I need a report from the system which contains following fields,

1 Order

2 Planned prod. Qty

3 Actual Prod Qty

4 Planned time reqd.

5 Actual time reqd.

6 Variance between time reqd.

First is any Std. Report available for this requirement ?

If not is there any std. report available which can use as a base to derive a development?

For. Ex. I have a prod. order of 100 Nos. out of which 85 nos are confirmed, by the timings in routing it should take 20hrs to produce 85 nos but while confirming the time ticket, end user has entered 25hrs. So I want to know the why this extra timings are taken ? Is there any justified reason for that 5 hrs, viz. m/c breakdown, power failure, material shortage.

If possible this can be done with a summary of the orders on a specific date and for a specific plant.

Check with T code - COOIS - Production Order

Information system.

Give the Production orders or the order type,plant.

After executing ,click on Change Layout (which's next to

download button,include or exclude the fields which you

want to get displayed.
