Table Maintainece - Events

Hi Experts,

I am facing problems in table maintainence with events

I have created a separate function group in Se80 for it & I am going with authorization &NC&.

I am getting error...

No maintenance authorization for cross-client tables

Hi

I think the table u are trying to use does not have the client field and hence you are getting the error.

The authorisation Group you define in the table maintenance is separate from the basic authorisation objects you must have to use SM30.

Try /NSU53 when you get the error to see what authorisation check has failed and talk to your security administrator.

Is the table a custom Z table? If so, perhaps you need field MANDT as the first key field to make it client dependant?

It is a custom defined z table.

My first field is MANDT only.

Hi,

Check whether MANDT is the first field in the table.

If not present , include MANDT as the first field in the fields section.
