Hi I am working on Pricing Procedures. What I observed is when include condition types in Pricing Procedure, only some of them are appearing in the sales order. Do we have any control /criteria the condition types specified in pricing procedure to appear in sales order ?
The settings Manual, Mandatory and Statistical controls whether the condition type appear or not in the pricing procedure in T.Code: V/08.
Manual:
This indicator specifies whether the specific condition type can be determined manually during sales order processing.
If we check the box then the entry is going to be manual, if we uncheck it, it is going to be automatic.
Mandatory:
This indicator specifies that particular condition type is mandatory in the pricing procedure.
If we check the box, then in VA01 at the header/item level in the conditions tab, if we delete the value in the condition type and try to save the document then system will not allow us to do it and throws an error.
If we uncheck the box, then in VA01 at the header/item level in the conditions tab, if we delete the value in the condition type and try to save the document then system will allow us to save it, without giving any error.
Statistical:
This indicator if it is activated will not allow the value of the condition type to be taken into net value calculation.
It is used only for information purposes only.
This indicator causes a surcharge or discount to be set in the document statistically (that is, without altering the value).

Hi,
Once you assign the condition type in Pricing Procedure you have 3 optoins
1.Mandatory: If you activate this check box in Pricing procedure control, the condition become mandatory and u need to maintain a condition record for that in T.Code VK11.
2.Manual: If you activate this check box then it will not be appeared in the sales order automatically, u need to enter the condition type manually in Order.
3. Statistical

dear sunil,
if you want the condition should appear in sales order, you should make that condition as mandatory ( check mandatory in pricing procedure ) and create conditon record for that conditon type in Tcode VK11
in the pricing procedure requirement should be specified.

Hi Sunil,
Displaying of condition types is also depend on the applicatin of condition type....whether it is a header condition type or an item condition type.
If it is header conditin type, only displays in header conditions of sales order.
For item condition type, only applicable for item condtions for each itmes of the sales order.

Praveen.
