As tax codes use the condition technique, this is rather complicated...
In table A003 locate the KNUMH value with
KAPPL = TX
KSCHL = the condition type
ALAND = the tax country key
Then get the rate from table KONP with the A003-KNUMH you have identified.
Be careful, the values have to be reprocessed to get the correct rate.
