Accounting Document's were not getting saved

Could you help us. accounting document created through FB01 saying document created and if we try open same document and it showing error Document doesn't exist.

Please get back to us as early as possible.

If you confirm that system inform Document XXX eas posted in compan code XX..

that means you can display this document via FB03. try to blank at fiscal year field

We saw some dumps yesterday

SQL error occurred in the database when accessing a table.

is it relative to error we are getting???

You can have look in the system log, Whas there no error or expres document for that user?

or the system is slow
