Hi how to Transport Internal Order Master data

i would like to transport Internal Order master data from DEV to QAS how to do this.

Haven't foudn anything better than this:

Dangerous because there can be multiple tables receiving the same data. However if you want to try then you can use SE01 to create transport request and add AUFK in the request. Use both order type and other parameters to cull out only the internal orders. Transport it and check it. Use all transactions.

Better:

Create LSMW or CATT and load into each system.
