Hi,

Enhancement in general English is called "improvement" or "Development".

If you are taking this in SAP terminology the meanings remains the same. For example if there is an standard report and if client want to modify or do some improvements then that can be done by ABAP consultants understanding the business requirements.

If there is an improvement form the lower version to the higher version of SAP..then we say " certain version came with lot of enhancements"

Enhancement means for example SAP has a report but client did not want that report or wants to add some more fields or remove some fields then it is called enhancement

Hi,

Enhancement means - if your company using sap verson 4.7, then client wants to use advanced version of this ECC 6.0 or something... you need to update the software.

this called enchancement.
