Hi
What are the different types type of implementations like..Vanilla etc..
Thanka,
KR
Hi,
1. Vanilla Implementation:
In this implementation the customer changes the work/business processes as per SAP std processes. No development is carried out. This is end - to - end implementation
2. In this 2nd type of implementation the SAP processes are customized to suit the customer's business requirements. Developments are carried out.
3. Roll Over Implementation:
For a company when the implementation was carried out for a comapny code. After successfully implementing the SAP is also implemented in the group companies. This is basically the roll overimplementation.
4. Upgradation:
Older version of SAP previously implemented. Now SAP version is upgraded in this implementation. All similar processes are copied and for the new processes they are configured in the new version.
Reward points if solution helps.

Hi kalyan,
In SAP we have
1. End to End implementation:
From requirement gathering to Golive and support
2. Rollout
3. Enhancement projects (Implementing a new module or functionality)
4. Upgrade from one version to another version
5. Support project
6. New Product development

hi,
it can be
1) End to End Implementations
from legacy system to SAP system.
2) Rollouts
<a href="http://www.open.hr/hiz/hrusko/RolloutPresCASE3.pdf">Rollout Project</a>
3) Upgrades
is version upgrade say from 4.6 to 5.0
4) Support Projects.
Maintenance, where a support team helps the endusers run their SAP system incase of any problems or enhancements.
Thanks
