Hello All,

How to find whether a material is delivered to customer ( Status - Closed ) or not (Status -Open). I mean using which tables and fields... From VAPMA, I have KUNNR, VBELN, POSNR and MATNR.

Its Urgent.

Hi,

Go to SE11 and enter the table "VBMTV". This table will give you the information regarding the delivery status regarding a customer.

You will get all the relevant fields:

VBELN - SD document number

POSNR - item number of the SD document

KUNNR - sold to party

BMENG - confirmed quantity

MATNR - material Number.

STATUS - status of the document

STATU - Document status

WADAT - Goods issue date

hi,

we understand whether a material is delivered to customer or not by looking at the PGI status of it.

So first take the line item for which you want to find the status from VBAP table.

For this item check the Goodsmovement status in VBUP ( item status). So you will come to know if the material was issued or not.

And if the difference quantity between PGI quantity is less than VBAP ( line item quantity) it means still there is open quantity.
