Model disposable net in garnishments

I'm newbie in SAP HR world.

Could some one Please help me in understanding, how the "MODEL DISPOSABLE NET' option is helpful in the RULES FOR CALCULATION OF THE NON-EXEMPT AMOUT in Garnishemnts.

What is purpose of this option?
