Twice IMPORT_TEST in the SDHF transaction

Former Member

Why in the SDHF transaction the action IMPORT_TEST is repeated twice in corrispondence of the states E0004 (To be tested) and E0005 (Successfully Tested)? Can I use it just once in the state "To be tested" like the IMPORT_PROD condition?

How the condition PREP_FOR_PROD is managed? What does it check? Why in the SDHF transaction is repeated twice, the first time with a reset status and the second time without it? Is this condition linked to the condition IMPORT_TEST above in some way?

Thanks

Antonello

Thanks.

But if I delete the action IMPORT_TEST from the status E0005, what happens with the condition PREP_FOR_PROD. This condition is checked when I enter the status E0005. If it fails I come back to the status E0004. When I go from the status E0004 to the status E0005 I think it does another time IMPORT_TEST and now the condition PREP_FOR_PROD is ok. I do not think that the action IMPORT_TEST in E0005 is totally needless but maybe it is used to solve the condition PREP_FOR_PROD in E0005. What do you think?

If I delete the action IMPORT_TEST in E0005 what I have to do with the PREP_FOR_PROD condition?

Thanks

hey Antonello,

I dont think this will effect anything.

If SAP recemmends to delete this, i dont think you need to worry.

The only way we can find out whether it effects the process is to do the configuration and find out.

We can revert back if it effects the current workflow.

I referred to the action contained under "assign action" in the SOCM_MAIN_001 activity of the spro.

Hey Antonello,

You can delete the ACTION Import_test which is assigned to Status E0005.

This action is needless in status E0005, its only relevant in status E0004.

There is Also an SAP note Which Recommendeds Deleting this Action from Status E0005.

Note 817518 - Exceptional situation in trans type "Urgent correction"

Hey Antonello,

Please Let me know which ver of Solman you are running, i have solman 4.0 i cant see any action called import_test.

Anyways your problem could be solved in the following way:

1)Execute CRMC_ACTION_CONF.

2)Double click on IMPORT_test Action.

3)Now click on Schedule condition, there i think both the user status (E0005 and E0006) are used. You need to include only your desired status.

Regarding second problem,

i request you to plz open new thread for it.

This will help others in this forum indentify the right Subject and get the solution.
