application life cycle management privileges missing

Hi,

As I try to login HALM using following link, getting "

Request execution failed due to missing privileges" error. I'm new to SAP HANA. I have only a few basic knowledge about the product. I'm using Eclipse Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2) for client connection.

Can anyone explain me what are the privileges required for get rid of above specified error?
