Unable to find .PRI file for importing to transaction SPAD

Hello all,

Our smart form logos are getting printed upside sown in HP printers,

i have gone through several threads and learnt that i need to add device type in SPAD

and for that i tried to install device type ZHPLJCM1from HP website.

my problem is i did not find any .pri file after downloading and extracting the file..

where can i get this .pri file which i need to import to sap using SPAD transaction..

thanks in advance..

"logo prints upside down" is a known symptom, but it is caused by faulty HP Windows printer drivers. Do you print to these printers from SAP via device types SAPWIN,SWIN or SWINCF via SAPSPrint (or frontend printing)?

There is nothing you can do on the SAP side - meaning, this issue is not caused by SAP device types. See e.g. note 683605. Try to use another Windows driver.
