Error while creating Sales Order

Hi all,

I had encountered a problem while creating a Sales Order.

After entering all the item data & when i am saving the document i get the

error : <b>Credit Check ( Next Customer Check Date has passed )</b>.

It poses a problem while creating further documents.

Ur suggestions will b highly appreciable..

Next Review Date

If a customer has a credit limit of 1000 USD, and you would like to restrict this credit limit only to be available in current month (say March). If the document day is in April then the credit limit is zero.

You can use the "NextReview date" and "Number of days" fields and combined it with the "Last int.review" field in customer credit master "Status" view (FD32).

since this credit check has been configured, you need to clear the document for credit limit check and process further.

Hi,

Go to FD32 & tick status in credit control area data & enter........check when is the Next int.review....if it less than today's date change it to future date......

In fd32 in the status overview screen check the next int review field

goto OVA8 and see the field "next review date

the next credit date is stored in the credit data in the custommer master record and when you process the document the next credit review date must not be beyond the current date.
