Hello SD Experts,
I have deleted few Sales orders from the system and now i want to get details of those deleted orders. How can i get data like material, Qty and value of the sales order from the system?
What will be the alternate option to delete the Sales Order if i dont want to generate requirement against any sales order.
I tried with Rejection Reason, but it set flag against the material or order but generating the requirement which i dont want to happen.
Thanks & Regards
Shailendra
hi,
you cannot locate or find details regarding any deleted sales document. However if you know the number of such deleted say a sales order, you can give that in VA03 and the system would inform you that the document has been deleted.
Now say for a sales order you have created a delivery and then deleted it and created a fresh delivery. You will not find that even in the document flow. CDHDR and CDPOS only give details about changes happened at header and item level.
Coming to the generation of stock requirements, say you have created a sales order and saved it successfully. Immediately you can see the requirements in MD04. For sure, if you set deleted status at item level and check the stock requirements in MD04 again you will notice the requirements are no more appearing.
This way you dont have to delete any sales order if its for this purpose and still can restrict the requirements being generated at MD04.
Thanks

hi
Once deleted, the sales order is physically removed from the system. So, to find it is not possible.
try in the item table CDPOS. Run Tcode SE16 and put in the following
Change doc object = VERKBELG (sales order)
Table name = VBAK
Change ID = D
