EAM Log report issue

Hi Team,

We are have configured successfully EAM, but log report is not generating after usage of FF access( SYNC programs also have done). EAM Log report we were able to see after 2 weeks of FF access usage only is generating automatically. EAM programs running on daily basis.

Hi Suresh,

Do you see any errors in SLG1 for EAM sync jobs.?

If 4007 parameter is set to NO make sure both FF log sync and FF WF sync jobs are completed successfully.

Also lets us know your GRC version and SP Level

Hello,

did you check the existing blogs here in the community? What is your current release and SP level? EAM doesnt have much problems once configured properly.
