Especially for Mark Chalfen, And Other Gurus,

Hi Mark in one of the instance for AR Aging Report you mentioned to use Trx. F.30 to set up evaluations, Can you please let me know how to set up these evaluations? And does any one know by chance where to configure for Partial & Residual Payments?

Hi Venkateshwar,

For partial payment no need of additional configuration as the remaining part is receved later. But, For Recidual Clearing, we need to maintain Reason Code at OBBE and assign GL account for these Reason Codes at OBXL.

And at the time of customer clearing, go to recidual tab, enter the reason code for recidual item the automatically that will be posted to specified GL.
