Initiating Workflow on an Event-URGENT

Hi SAPGURUS,

I want that a workflow should get triggered whenever the status of Notification is Outstanding i.e OSNO.

I don't know how to proceed to get this could you please tell me how to start.

By seeing various forums and blogs i came to know that for Initiating workflow business objects are needed but what are this BUSINESS OBJECTS.

Please help me out as it is badly needed here.

Thanks for your reply.

Basically i want that whenever anybody change the notification in IW22 one workflow should get triggered and inform the superior or the concerned person that this notification has been changed and show the status of the Notification i.e either outstanding or Completed.
