SRM: Unit of Measure difference from Punchout/Roundtrip Catalog Error

Former Member

Hi All,

Here is the details,

Unit of Measure Code for Pallette in a punchout catalog is PL. UOM ISO Code for Pallette in SRM and ECC is PF.

When I select an item from punchout catalog with UOM as Pallette (PL), an error is thrown showing that “Incomplete items in catalog. Only complete items were transferred”.

Error stored in CATALOG_CONTENT_ERRORS parameter of ZBBP_CATALOG_TRANS BADI is “Unit of measure PL is not an ISO code. Item will not be transferred”.

Tried to customize the BADI but the catalog is already errored out.

Do you have any idea of the user exit for this problem?

Thanks,

Kanya

Hi,

When you are setting up the puchout, need to assure the UOM/ISO list with Vendor/Supplier. The Supplier should allott the UOM/ISO code to the Articles available on their Web shop page for you as per the list provided by you (i.e. they should have your standard list with them so that they can allot the respective UOM/ISO to the Articles for you. Please contact the vendor as it suits you.

Or Else you need to maintain UOM/ISO "PL" in your SRM/ECC system.

Best Regards,

Sachin

Hi

Which SRM and CCM versions are you using ? Also paste the code for ZBBP_CATALOG_TRANS BADI in your next reply ..

Seems like configuration data is incorrect/missing in SRM and R/3 systems using CUNI Transaction.
