how to book an assesment

Hi all,

I have created an assessment type,

and linked with the module. But in my case module booking was done by student before assessment type creation. So I need to book the assessment. What should I do.

Because when I am goiing in transaction "Edit assessment process" then I am not getting students linked with assessment.

Please suggest..

Hi Ankita,

There will be one option called Open Assessment Process (you can find it in the menu ) . Then the students are booked to the assessment .

Please tell me the exact path, as in the Manu->Campus Management->Teaching and Examination->Academic Records-> I found only Edit Assessment Process, Idid not get Open Assessment Process as you mentioned.

So Plaese tell me the exact Path...

Hi Ankita,

Try to check the object CE through PP01 transaction, give the object id of assesment and check its relationship infotype 1001 with student...

You might get the option there to change it.

Ankita,

When you go to the 'Edit Assessment Process' screen, there should be a button on the transaction toolbar for 'Create Open Process'. The shortcut command is Shift+F2.

Hi Ankita,

Go to Edit Assesment Process ,

Steps:

1. Pre-requsite is to have the assesment process linked with the module .

2. Create the scheduled assessment (scheduling the exam with timings) .

3. After the assesment scheduled , the particular <b>scheduled assesment</b> will be displayed (We can have more than one scheduled assesments)

4. The students who are booked to the module will be dispalyed under the assesment process for the particular session . (For easy ref----> two students icon will be there and it will show "assessment process" if u spot on the particular icon .)

5. There will be an open assesment process icon at the top and book the students for the scheduled assesment under <b>Expected Process tab</b> .

6.When u have done grading , the marks will be displayed for the students .
