Contract Management for Labor/Collective Bargaining Agreements?

Good morning -

I am curious if anyone uses SAP to manage their Labor/Collective Bargaining Agreements. We currently use CLM for customer contract management, and perhaps it can be utilized to track these agreements as well? Wondering if anyone is currently using SAP to track these, and is this integrated with Payroll.
