Leave W/p to be configured hourly and relection in payslip

Hi Gurus , manu

I have generated leave and also configured counting rule where i have taken hours in quota multiplier. In valuation basis i have taken unpaid absences and in country grouping 40 mapped leave without pay with valuation base unpain absences.

When i do simulation run for employee in then i m not able to see details in payslip for quota used by employee .

Can you elaborate on the same if i m going wrong some where.

Hi,

Have you done the required configuration in the payslip. You can read the relevant table that reflects the absence quota in form editor PE51.

Hi Gurus,

When I change processing class in basic pay wage type to 3 then leave without pay is calculating pay on hourly basis but it is not taking off days into account.

It take working hours in month from infotype 0007.

However for Leave W/o Pay it should be processed on the basis of whole month then in that scenario what could be possible solution.

For example

No of working days in August 23 and saturday sundays are off

No of days in August are 31

I want system to generate leave w/o pay in hourly basis iin basic pay and it should calculate leave on the basis of 31 days and not 23 days.

Hi Gurus,

Leave without pay if is awailed by an employee for a day then it is reducing his salary of day from basic salary. When employee has taken 3 hours of leave then it is not reducing his basic salary in pay slip.

Secondly how can we maintain processing class and evaluation class so that basic pay can also get reduced as per quota used on hourly basis.

If you can put some light on same it willbe of great helo

Pls maintain ur units in hours instead of days in absence quota types,deduction rules..

complete requirement is

we have created leave without pay which is deducting quota on a day basis.

Now we have new requirement in which that leave should deduct quota on hourly bases. and also there need to be created wage type which should reflect deduction of quota used in pay slip .

ys it is deduting quota on day basis. I want it to deduct quota on hourly basis.
