Correction of entries in qa32 and co11....

Hi

I use Insp. Type 04 in QA32 transaction for making stock transfer decisions after Quality inspection. Many a times, I enter an incorrect quantity in the fields or fail to enter some remarks in the Text field, before saving. I am not able to correct the stock posting entries or modify/ enter the text after saving. Is there any T code by which this can be done ?

In the Tranaction CO11, can certain entries be made at a later stage after saving, without cancelling the confirmation ?

After the Confirmation using CO11, we cannot make any changes for the Production order. If any changes are required you need to do that by cancelling the order using CO13 and then confirming it again.

But it is not recommended practice.

You can correct the actual quantity which is available in QA02.
