Blocking batches based on the time interval

We have a requirement in which batches will have to be blocked prior to SLED. We are not using QM and these are vendor sent batches with SLED mentioned.Client business is to store them and sell it to customer much before SLED. Client wants to run a report which will have number of days prior to which batches will have to be blocked option (Like in QA07). There are certain materials for which block will have to be done prior to 3 years. Please let us know if there is any standard solution without using QA for this.

Who said you have to have QM active to use QA07?

You only need to have batch management active with maintained SLED , then please try QA07

And do you really have so many batches that expire on the same date that you can't do a manual movements based on the MB5M report?
