Contact person relationship not maintained in CRM

Hi,

A BP and also a contact person created in CRM but the relationship between the BP & AP is not maintained.

When data is coming in from R/3 to CRM, in SMW02A Bdoc error is displayed "Business partner no ....... already exists"

I tried maintaining the relationship between BP and the Contact person manually but it still shows the same Bdoc error. Is ther any step that i am mising in the process- pl advise

Hi,

Check if the BDOC thats goin in error is BUPA_REL and not BUPA_MAIN

Also check teh number that it says already exists is the same BP or another BP.

If its Another BP, this means there is a Number range clash and you need to redifine the number ranges.

Hi ,

There seems to be a number range settings problem for your BPs. The BP number generated in CRM inbound is already being used by another BP. Please check the range settings in the customizing (SPRO) before the download.
