Embedded EWM Inbound Delivery Creation with Fiori App on S4 Hana

Hello everyone,

i am using an embedded EWM System and i have a problem during Inbound Delivery Creation. With the transaktion VL31N everything works fine, no problems. But when i use the EWM App "Create Inbound Deliveries" i get the following error Messages while saving.

"Field Header: ERP Document: Reference Document is a required field for the action HDR: PDO Save Document Header Field Header: Original ERP Document: Reference Document is a required field for the action HDR: PDO Save Document Header"

Can anyone help me?

You need to assign a number range to the inbound delivery in both S4 settings and EWM settings.

In S4, create an external number range, ie 42.

In EWM, create the same number range but make it internal.

In "Control Processing Dependent on Recipient" in EWM inbound delivery configuration, assign number range to your delivery type.

I am using s4 1909, and above solution is still not helping to solve issue. Please suggest.

many thanks for your advice. There was just one number range missing.

SPRO --> EWM --> Interfaces --> ERP Integration --> Delivery Processing --> Define Number Ranges for ERP Documents
