Delete incoming emails

Dear CRM experts,

I need to delete incoming emails in our production system. I can display them within WebIC but I cannot delete them.

How can we delete incoming emails?

    Hi Shariff,

    Thanks for your answer. Indeed, it doesn't really matter to delete or archive those incoming emails. We just don't want to display them within WebIC.

    Our production system will be used soon by new users and those incoming emails created during testing should really be deleted quickly. We can't really wait an archive procedure.

    Is there another way to delete these emails?

      You can use SWWL_TOPLEVEL to delete the Complete Workflow and the Lower Items generated by your incoming Emails

    Hi,

    I would recommend not to delete the Mails in the Production system.

    Rather, Archieving would be a better option.

    Incoming mails in WEbIc are result of workitems.

    Just try to archieve workitems through Tcode = SWW_SARA

    Thanks for help. I performed a test this morning and it seems to work. However my concern is that the mail ID is not the same in the Inbox and in this T-Code. I wasn't able to find in which CRM table those incoming emails are stored ...
