Solved: What are SOA-Governances?

Hey,

while IT-Governances care about clear conditions about of who is

responsabe for a service/software, what are SOA-Governances for?

Do they definie the quality-of-service?

Everyone is talking about how important they are, but no one give a

satisfying definition.

Can you give me a briefly introduction?
