Unable to view reports from .Net application but able to access reports from Crystal Reports console

error-description.jpgWe are using Crystal Reports 2016 SP2 installed on Windows 2012 R2 64 bit.

We have a .Net application deployed on IIS 8.5 on the same windows server.

We are unable to view the reports using the .Net application but able to access the reports

when using the Crystal Reports console.

This appears to be a compatiablity issue. So far we have tried the following two options and still have issues.

  • Installing the 64Bit SAP Crystal Reports Runtime solutions provided on their website and still facing the same issue.
  • Installed the Visual Studio IDE package provided on their website and still have the same issue.

Please see the attachment for more details and the error we get.

Thanks!

    Hi Asad,

No the MS Oracle driver is not supported, it only supported Oracle 7. Install the Oracle 11 client.

The underlines mean the assemblies cannot be found.

Is the AppPool running in 64 bit mode? IF not install the 32 bit MSI.

Did you use SP 20 from this page?:
