wish to maintain customer's membership in the CRM System

hi crm experts

I want to maintain customer's membership in the loyalty program.Say for example a customer goes for repeated shopping and enterprise wants to maintain his membership in the enterprise so as to reward points,and may offer something to redeem the rewarded points.

Where exactly i can maintain such customer's membership in the CRM System.please help

    Hi,

    This is a standard functionality that is in the CRM system

    It can be managed using Rebate Management in CRM

      hi Sharif

      I went through the document u refered and the CRM system also but didnt got the idea how to maintain or reward points on the purchase the customer made.Could u please guide me.
