Unable to launch Integration System on remote system

Hello Experts,

I am working on SAP PI7.3 Dual stack and has Java 8 Update 131 on my system.

I am getting the following issues, tried from my side and checked SDN too but did not get any solution

Issue 1: I can open the Integration builder page Unable to launch the ESR or ID ,giving the error as Unable to launch ESR/ID" on my system

Issue 2: Unable to open the Integration Builder page itself with the same URL and giving the error as "The page cannot be displayed.Make sure the URL is correct.Look for the page with your search engine.Refresh the page in a few minutes."

Can you please advise? Its really urgent.
