Could anyone tell where could I find the ProducerInformationService. I want to configure the P4 Port with Remote Delta Link Usage

That´s the paper that I am using but they said:
"Find ProducerInformationService, right-click and choose Configure."
I already take a look on all the app and I could not found it.
Any idea?

You can find that Service inside this application: com.sap.portal.fpn.persistance
Go to System Administration - > System Configuration - > Serivce Configuration -> Applications - > com.sap.portal.fpn.persistance - > Services - > ProducerInformationService.
