send automatic survey upon ticket completion to see customer satisfaction level

Hi expert,

Here we have a requirement to automatically send satisfaction survey when ticket has been complete.

Anyone here how to do that?

    Hi Rindang,

    Create Workflow rule:

    Business Object: Ticket

    Timing on: On Every Save

    Condition: Ticket Status= Complete or Closed

    Rule Type: E-Mail

    Sender E-mail: maintain sender e-mail address

    Recipient Determination: Reported By of Ticket (customer)

    if required add placeholders for E-mail Template

    Create E-mail Template with Survey and Upload to Template File field to this Workflow rule.
