Hi All,
When a PR is created based on the release statergy the approver is found and a decision making workitem is sent to the approver where he can approver or reject or consult or transfer the PR.
When the approver approves the PR a workitem is sent to the next approver and one more workitem is getting created in the 1st approvers inbox i dont know why it is happening.
Kindly help me in this issue.
Note : i have created a new task for the decision making and i made the task as general task.
Regards
Balaji E.
Hi BK,
is there a step before you send the workitem to Agents?
2 things to check.
1) have you assigned it as general task or any other agent assignment.
2) check whether its a dialog step (if not a dialog, make it background)
Hope it helps.

Check the 'other' tab of the decision task. The multiline element should NOT have an entry in it. I think we might be dealing with parallel process.
and also I hope the loop has a container element increasing the index.
and again I would like u to check the proceed with dialouge settings. and activate the WF once again..
Are your approvers in a multiline element ? then try unchecking the advance with dialouge check box in the control tab.
onwe more thing can be tried. Put the first approver in the excluded agent if u can .
Hope this helps

Check the agent you have assigned. I think you might have mentioned the Ist level approcver with the second level approver. Try to approve the PR from 2nd levels inbox. Check the Workflow Log from SWIA Transaction Code.
