Solution Manage Maintenance Optimizer Installation

Hi,

I am in the process of trying to configure maintenance optimizer for solution manager. I have performed the following pre-requisites as specified in the SAP documentation

1. Support Package 09 for Solution manager

2. Applied OSS Notes 1024932, 1008717, 0950974

3. Set up user with appropriate roles and authorizations SAP_MAINT_OPT_ADMIN

4. Activated BC Sets as dictated by OSS note 990534

5. Define a Solution

6. Assign S-user to MO user

7. Check RFC Destination and assign S-user Login details

When I enter the solution and attempt to configure MO via Change Management -> Support Package Stacks, I get as far as the screen where you select the appropriate product version. I select the product and click to continue however I receive the following message

<i>'Condition REQUEST_IN_PROCESS is not checked without Change Management integration'</i>

Can anyone give me any suggestions to resolve this error.

Hi,

After applying SAP Note 997780: Maintenance optimizer: Incorrect configuration, I receive the message <i>'Current IBase component is not in an active IBase'</i> when trying to set up the maintenance optimizer, do you know the resolution to this issue.

I think there has not been any IBASE installed in the system.The following note should do the needful.

It's fixed within ST 400 SP10.

Hi Stoecker,

I am also getting same problem.i followed that note which you have mentioned.

but where do i deselet the "íntegr' field?i am not getting

can plz exploain me on this.

and also one thing i want to add SAP ECC under systems in smsy transaction.

when i am trying to add it is asking for Product key.

can u plz provide me the key?

Hi Vinay,

the SAP Note is only applicable until ST 400 SP09.

With ST 400 SP10 and higher, the warning should no longer appear and the IMG activity is no longer accessible.

Please create a separate thread on your problem with SMSY and SAP ECC.
