But when I schedule the program RSWUWFML2 by batch job with same parameter using SM36 to run every 10 minute, it work when the batch job run for the 1st time, from the second run onward it not working eventhough there is many new workitem to be send. Then I create a purchase order and manually execute program RSWUWFML2, only that 1 workitem I create is selected to send. I am confuse what went wrong when run RSWUWFML2 by batch job???

Please help.

I faced this issue. I request you to change the Job class as A. Please create the the Job with a User Id for which email address is maintained in Su01d. Also please check that the agent to whom the workitem is being sent has an email address maintained in SU01d. Even if it doesn't work check SMTP Settings in SCOT transaction.

    • Hi,

I think it is a bug/limitation of RSWUWFML2 when schedule 2 or more batch jobs in short interval time, the program not working as expected.

What happen was I scheduled RSWUWFML2 to send notification for task Release a PO (a copy of task TS20000166), and a separate batch job to send for task PO released effected ( a copy of task TS20000168) at 10 minute interval, due to want to have different email header text and body text. In this way the RSWUWFML2 not working as expected, missing workitem not send from time to time.

Then I delete the 2 batch jobs and redefine to schedule 1 batch job for both task, then it works fine. Not sure why, but at least it works now.

      Thanks for your response.

      best regards,
