What prasanna said is correct.
U can get the open Po's in ME2N only, but their you have to give the selection parametes as M-OFFEN.

use the T.code: Me2n - List PO or
me2j - Po by project wise,
me2l - Po by Vendor wise

Its shows only list of PO. I require list of open POs.
