Not connecting to SAP from Analysis Office

Hi All,

We are trying to connect to S4Hana system from Analysis office. When I select SID and provide username/password, I'm getting below error immediately.

LOCATION: SAP Gateway on host <hostname> / sapgw00

ERROR: reject connection request from localhost:EXCEL to ServerIP:sapdp00

Component: SAP Gateway

I have verified secinfo and prxyinfo files in SMGW and those has been set properly I believe.

How did you resolve this issue?

We are getting similar error " reject a connection request from goose excel to Hana"
