HOW TO CREATE NEW SALES REPORT

Dear All,

I wan to create new sales report becouse the standard report could not meet my requirements. pl. help me how can I create my own report ?

    Hi Nikhil

    You can create your own report either by configuring LIS or just simply through the help of an ABAP consultant.The second option is feasible if its urgent as LIS needs customising.

    For second option you can give your ABAPer the functional specification with the field names and Table names of the required field and also the logic as to the sequence in which the fields are to be picked.The ABAPer will create the Report accordingly. SD Tables : VBAK, VBAP, LIKP, LIPS, VBRK, VBRP,VBFA,VBAP,KONH,KONV etc.

    I would suggest you for second option as Customer may later ask for some more addition of fields or some different logic to be incorporated.
