The assessable value field is editable but not accepting values in MIRO

Dear team,

For import PO ( with IGST) with JCDB condition with IGST system is not allowing to accept values in Assessable value field.

We have applied notes

2475533

and the dependent notes. please note that field is not greyed out,rather system is not accepting values which we manually enters in this field.

This is experiencing after GST implementation
