Extract the workitem attachment text

Hi,

My user would like to have a report that would extract workitem attachment text. There is a FM SAP_WAPI_GET_ATTACHMENTS - this will get a list of attachment(s) for a given workitem. Is there a FM available to extract the actual raw text for a given workitem attachment?
